Outside is a large flat backyard, fire pit & 3-hole disc golf. .There is a garage bay full of fun--4 kayaks, volleyball, yard games, 12 bikes, rollerblades, etc. while inside a toy room brims with games & toys, while a Game Room has air hockey, shuffle board, and foosball.

We’ve recently upgraded all mattresses as of May 2025 for extra comfort, and the cabin is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your stay. We look forward to hosting you!

Welcome to Alder House! Nestled in the heart of the White Mountains, our retreat promises a cozy escape. Featuring three inviting bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a recently renovated kitchen, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. Relax on the serene back deck with Adirondack rockers and an outdoor dining table. Just a heads-up, access to all bedrooms requires using stairs. 🐶 Pets are welcome for a $100 fee. ❄️ Winter months: 4WD or AWD is recommended for the driveway.
