Luminoso e silenzioso appartamento di 60 mq con terrazza esclusiva sui tetti del centro storico, risalente al 1700 e completamente ristrutturato in modo conservativo. E' situato nella zona più prestigiosa di Bologna: a pochi passi dai Giardini Margherita e dalla rinomata Via Castiglione, da cui si raggiungono le Due Torri in circa 10 minuti a piedi. L'entrata è semi indipendente in una tipica palazzina bolognese, l'ingresso è al primo piano e il resto degli ambienti al secondo ed ultimo piano.

Un grande spazio aperto di 300mq, ricavato da un'antica scuderia del '700 facente parte dello storico Palazzo Secco Pastore della seconda metà del quattrocento. Loft con grandi vetrate che danno visuale sul portico (300 mq) e sul parco recintato da antiche mura. L'ho arredato con passione creando un mix di varie epoche, ottenendo così uno stile originale, accogliente e confortevole. Uno spazio volutamente fuori dal tempo ! Ideale se amate la vera campagna lombarda. Risiedo qui dal 1995.

Immersa nel verde, si puo vivere, vista la sua posizione strategica, come punto di partenza per gite, escursioni, giri in moto e bici, nelle numerose e fantastiche località montane, collinari e mare. P0240970002 CIR: 024097-LOC-00003 Vecchio fienile primi '900 finito di ristrutturare marzo 2018, comodo spazioso riscaldamento a pavimento, illuminazione tutta a led studiata per ottenere vari effetti scenografici e ingresso indipendente. La nostra casa è immersa nella campagna si trova lungo il tragitto dei percorsi podistici permanenti per visitare la zona Pedemontana Vicentina. In pochi km si raggiungono Breganze (terra di vini), Marostica, Thiene, Bassano.

Baita Barn in organic vineyard (chalet chiavenna)

Sulla cima di una collina, circondata da vigneti e coltivazioni , si erge il fienile di "Torre Scilano", luogo incantevole, situato lungo la via "Bregaglia" , il cui sfondo sono le cascate dell'Acquafraggia. Sito non solo naturale, ma anche storico-archeologico , in quanto il fienile sorge sui resti dell'antica Piuro, fiorente città sepolta da una frana nel settembre 1618. Questa particolare costruzione storica è legata strettamente al territorio agricolo-colturale.

The Fienile is a typical Tuscan stone house, of about 55 square meters with a large private garden (350 sq.m.), a Jacuzzi that can be used all year round, wi-fi, air conditioning. Everything is for your exclusive use. it is located in a small village, near Vinci, a few km from the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci, surrounded by olive trees, in the green Tuscan hills. The house is an ex-barn, recently renovated. A charming, intimate, welcoming and relaxing place.

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
