Die Wohnung ist modern, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit viel Holz, grossen Fenstern und natürlichen Materialien, die eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schaffen.

There is a free parking for a car in the garden - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are allowed with charge of 8 euros per day that is payable upon arrival. The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
