Come stay in our sweet, new guesthouse! This is NOT a basement space. It has a real bedroom (not a studio) & full kitchen. The Silver Star cottage is in our backyard but very separate with its own city lane access. Lots of beautiful wood and a cozy vibe. We are 1 block from the fabulous Alberta Arts St. but far enough away that it's quiet here. Perfect! Walk to shops & restaurants. Also easy to access anywhere in the city. There's a double-sized hide a bed couch in the airy living space.

5 year old detached guest house in Laurelhurst/North Tabor. Bright and spacious with vaulted cedar ceilings. Modern Industrial style with many eco-friendly features such as mini-split heat/ac, tankless water heater, and all-natural fiber area rugs and linens means fewer toxins and a low carbon footprint. Situated near Laurelhurst and Mount Tabor parks with restaurants and amenities nearby. We are also pet friendly and allow well-behaved dogs on leashes for a $30 fee per dog, per visit.

The Sneakaway

Built to feel like a little touch of luxury, with the quaintness and quality of a craft home. This place is a true sneak-away with a two person soaking tub, marble shower, king tempurpedic bed and a fully stocked kitchen. This open studio has 15 ft ceilings allowing ample sunlight and a large, light feeling. This house was designed and built by me my friends so no detail is overlooked or unintentional. This was our labor of love for a year and Im so excited to now be able to share it.

The Haseman House

Come stay in our Architectural micro home in NE Portland. Close to Mississippi and everything that NE Williams has to offer. Thoughtfully deigned with many amenities. A great WFH vacation retreat. This little house is located in the back of a main house. The backyard is shared with the main front house. There is only street parking but it is free and typically available. We are close to public transportation and rental bikes as well as an organic grocery store... very walkable.

Close proximity to downtown, the airport, as well as public transportation. Includes access to plenty of on street parking.

The shopping/dining of Alberta St, Dekum St, 42nd Ave just blocks away. Queen size bed, eucalyptus wood floor, quality decor, turntable and extensive vinyl record collection, private yard, outdoor fire-pit, bench seating, heating/AC, coffee maker/tea kettle, hot plate, etc…

Concordia Annex

Built in 2019, the Annex guesthouse is walking distance to the Alberta Art District, University of Oregon (U ofO), Kennedy School, restaurants & specialty bars. Public transportation is near by. 15 minutes from Airport. The Annex is filled with natural light flowing through cathedral windows. Full Kitchen with cooking supplies, utensils, coffee and tea options, Private patio in the garden.

Casa Chica PDX

A mini house in the City of Roses that will make you feel right at home. Casa Chica is full of natural light, and a short walk away from Portland-caliber coffee, a local brewery, a breakfast diner, wood-fired pizza, a neighborhood wine shop, two beautiful parks, groceries, and the best Vietnamese food in Portland (in our opinion).
