This is a two room above the garage apartment with a dedicated side entrance for guests separate from the main house by screens down and a barn door up. Once upstairs you have your own private space. Your mini fridge will always be stocked with an assortment of beverages and snacks as well as breakfast items. Enjoy, our kayaks, fire pit or sunset viewing on the pier. Lots of hiking and water sports abound in the area. A short drive south is Solomon’s island. This is a safe space for all🥰

This is a spacious apartment above detached garage, with a roomy balcony. The property sits on the Rappahannock River- guests are welcome to use the beach and dock! Property has a private entrance. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. Situated on an almost 3 acre point on the Diascund Reservoir this is THE perfect spot to get away from it all & still be in the middle of everything! Options abound - fishing from the dock, bird watching, canoeing, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, swinging in the hammocks, napping on the screened in porch, grilling on the patio, reading in the loft, playing games (inside & out), or just chill & feel the vibe.

Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

We are looking for people who will enjoy the Historic Fan District of Richmond. The stand alone apartment includes a bedroom, bathroom, and renovated kitchen which has microwave, refrigerator, toaster ,and Keurig coffee machine. For our overnight guests we will provide the ingredients for a delicious breakfast: baked goods butter jams etc., 6 breakfast cereals, , fresh fruit , tea and for Keurig 10 varieties of coffee plus hot chocolate and hot apple cider.
