Our lovely studio has its own entrance and has everything that you will need for a comfortable stay. We are 10 minutes from the centre of basingstoke 2 minutes by car to the main hospital and 5 minutes from the railway station There is an abundance of country walks for those who like the outdoors. Clappers Farm is a 17th century farmhouse located on a quiet country road on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Set in 35 acres of its own land then surrounded by further farmland, there are various outbuildings mainly used for stabling . Silchester Brook meanders through the property and attracts wildlife from kingfishers and swallows to deer. There is a huge network of picturesque footpaths and cycle routes accessible from the front gate of the farm. Dogs and horses are welcome.

Cosy little Annex with one bedroom and one bathroom. Perfect size for two (or 2+baby). Double bed with luxury bed linen, comfy sofa, TV and tea & coffee making facilities in the main room. We have a very small fridge for milk or a baby bottle. Black out blind available. En suite with shower, sink and toilet. The terrace is a little sun trap during the summer with seating. Little Box is separate to our home, so you can come and go as you please. Free parking available.

Cluedo House - 5 Bedroom Spacious House & Parking

Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English food. Smart TV, Ethernet and WiFi available.
