The Cottage

Historic, peaceful, and close to the beach. Live oak trees and Spanish moss blanket the property. Stroll to the intracoastal waterway and stop by the George Washington tree on your way. The Cottage has two entrances. The main entrance opens into the kitchen. The beach entrance opens into the bathroom to wash off your sandy toes. Sunbath in the fully fenced in courtyard with two outdoor soaking tubs and shower. Enjoy your evenings on the screened in porch. Located one mile from the beach!

Welcome to our quaint cottage of the Brunswick Islands backcountry! Escape to an inland area that’s tucked away but so close to all the fun! Drive 3 minutes to the Intracoastal waterway or famous Inlet waterfront restaurant. Ocean Pine is only 5 miles from Ocean Isle Beach + public boat/kayak ramps. Hop over to Holden/Sunset beach. North Myrtle is only 40 minutes away! Shallotte, NC is an inland beach town that invites your family + pets to enjoy the coastal experience, events and vibes.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

This 500 sq. ft. newly remodeled guesthouse is designed to provide all the comforts of home. Equipped with a comfy queen bed, sofa, kitchenette (no stove), and clean open space. There is a shared driveway with the property owner who resides in the 75-year-old farmhouse being remodeled.

No stairs, ground-level are ideal for children, older guests, and pets (pet fee collected separately). Lots of amenities and beach items are provided for your comfort and convenience.

This house is located right in the middle of Wilmington and Myrtle Beach. You can enjoy all the seafood Calabash has to offer and even WALK to the Silver Coast Winery. This house has some special details so make sure to take the time to check it all out!
