This cottage is wedged in a "grove" of tall majestic pine trees that provide an abundant supply of shade and breeze, pine cones, needles and all. This ground floor 3 bedroom unit can accommodate up to 7-8 person, offer a private access to the unit. There will be 1 king bed, 1 queen, 1 full size bed and a pull out couch, full bath and a full kitchen (eat in kitchen). The place is about 4 minutes walking distance to the beach, about 6 minute walk to the train station, 8-10 minute to playland palace. A minute to a bus stop and one block to a convenient store.

This basement unit has 2 bedrooms, a living/kitchen area, & bathroom with a front patio area. Gas grill and picnic table in the patio area for the family to enjoy meals together. There is a community washer/dryer in the building. The beach is 90' from your door. Amusement parks, restaurants, shopping, water parks, and of course...The famous Old Orchard Beach pier are all within 10 min walk to 10 min drive!

3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor Day. Cottage 4 is a 2 bedroom classic cottage with soothing beach colors and well appointed with comfortable furnishings. It is our only cottage with a claw foot bath tub. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans. The cottage also has a private deck with a gas grill. A short walk, and you are at the 7 mile stretch of sandy beach and pier. Yes we allow pets.
