Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Little Livingstone is a brand new Tiny Home surrounded by crown land on three sides and overlooking Livingstone Creek and Mount Mesley. This is compact calm in one remote place yet still walkable to Main Street. Guests really feel like Little Livingstone is a real escape with a super private location, looking at mountains, swimming in the creek or relaxing in the bath. A place to disconnect and breathe. The Hut is located a short drive from Swifts Creek on the Great Alpine Road, alongside the beautiful Tambo River. It is an authentic property restored in 2020 on Woodlands farm. The cattle farm itself spans 1,800 acres across the Tambo Valley. Our unique and remote location means that it's the perfect place to unwind, relax and recharge. We are located an hour from Dinner Plain & Mount Hotham as well as a stone’s throw from the Tambo River, Mitta Mitta and Cobungra Rivers.

Located on 10 acres, The Stables is an outbuilding to the family home, along with our farm stay, The Barn. Within 10 minutes to the tourist town of Bright, and in close proximity to Falls Creek and Mt Hotham, only a short 45 minute drive away for hiking & skiing.
