Cottage is on a 1 acre 185ft lake property shared with the owner. Dock for lake access. 2 kayaks and life jackets available to enjoy the lake. Water shoes a must as lake bottom is rocky. No children. No pets. There are 2 Friendly and Fluffy Australian Shepherds on the property.

Spacious first floor with inviting fire place, comfy living room, chest with games, and full entertainment system. Open kitchen is great for entertaining for large groups or indulging in the culinary arts. Gigabit wifi and a comfortable space for office work with a desk, working printer, drafting table and easel for creative endeavors. This cozy cottage has an authentic cabin feel. We recently purchased the property and chose to keep the original charm and features it offers. We love that it provides a simple escape from everyday life. When you walk in you are instantly welcomed by large windows in the living room giving you full lake views. The open, quaint setting of this cottage allows you to reconnect with your family and friends. The home has waterfront access to Owasco Lake.

ATTENTION: The last 1/2 mile down is a steep gravel road. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended. (but not necessary)
