Lokacija vile je idealna, svega par minuta udaljena od centra mjesta Tkon gdje se nalaze restorani, tržnica, konobe sa ponudom domaće hrane i vina. Eine geräumige Terrasse mit Grillgelegenheit, ergänzt das klimatisierte Apartment. Bei schlechtem Wetter, können Sie auf unsere Streaming-Dienste zurückgreifen oder einen unserer Geheimtipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung in Angriff nehmen. Das Stadtzentrum von Biograd ist mit einem Spaziergang schnell erreichbar.

Villa Kovaceva is the perfect house for a dream vacation. The house is located on the southern side of the island Pasman with a wonderful view of the National Park Kornati. The value of the house is given by its exceptional position with the beach and safe port for your boat(up to 10 m). The house is a 110 square meters with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor and a bedroom,living room,kitchen and bathroom on the lower floor. There is also a private parking for several cars.

Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu kuće pored mora, u ribarskom mjestu Tkonu, na otoku Pašmanu. S kopnom je povezan trajektnim linijama koje vam omogućuju posjet obližnjim nacionalnim parkovima. Tkon ima tržnicu, trgovine, market Tommy, kafiće, restorane, igrališta za djecu, liječnika i ljekarnu. Na plaži nema gužve, a za još ugodniji boravak na plaži, na raspolaganju su vam i ležaljke, prostirke za ležaljke i ručnici za plažu. Ispred kuće, u moru možete privezati i manji brod.
