This private home features two spacious rooms with comfy beds, a full kitchen and roomy bathroom. There is also a small bonus office for your use. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. The location could not be better as the home is a stone's throw from Chapman University (just 1/2 a block) and is only 1 1/2 blocks from the Plaza and on a an Old Towne Orange Spoke street! Brand new carpet, paint and fresh linens! You will feel as if every detail has been thought of because it has! You will have access to the entire upstairs 2- bedroom (plus office room) apartment. Your private entrance is on the side of the home just up the brown staircase. Rafael is a favorite host here in Old Towne Orange. He is very responsive and helpful should you need anything yet he will never intrude. Within easy walking distance are fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, and antique shops. Unsurprisingly, Old Towne Orange has repeatedly been voted Orange County's 'Favorite Downtown'. Every Saturday, there's also a wonderful farmers' market nearby. Close to public transportation; most people love the walkability! Prices may vary with holidays and local events. Our two story, 5 bedroom 3 bathroom, 2500 sq ft home is located 6 miles from Disneyland. Our home is perfect for families to enjoy their stay in Orange County in a spacious home with a beautiful backyard. We welcome guests of all ages, but please note there are stairs in the house. Koi pond in the backyard is fenced for young guests. Guests ages 2 and under do not need to be counted in guest count. Entire house is yours during your stay. No pets, no parties and no additional visitors.

Citrus Cottage is a spacious stand-alone guest house in the heart of Old Towne Orange. It’s a great place for parents of Chapman students to stay while visiting their kids. Within walking distance to the Circle with so many great restaurants and bars that it makes it difficult to choose where to go. Unscented detergent and no plug in air fresheners are used. Plenty of parking is available. Close to Disneyland. Arrive to something refreshing in the refrigerator and wake up to hot coffee.

Fees apply to the duration of your stay. A 24-hour notice is required. Our home is a short drive to Disneyland (10min), Knotts, Honda Center, Angel Stadium and the convention center.

This quaint guest house has a very comfy king bed and an air mattress (if needed please let me know). Beautiful walk in tile shower access to wash the day away. Guests have access to the garden, patio, and gas fire pit. There is a private entrance and I welcome all people from all walks of life. If you are booking this space for someone else please get prior approval. You will assume all risk for them and are responsible for getting them the check in instructions.
