This bespoke, purpose built wooden chalet features open plan living kitchen and dining area with wood burning stove and two spacious en-suite bedrooms with super king beds, that can be converted to twin beds. All rooms open onto a private patio with outdoor seating so you can relax and enjoy spectacular views and sunsets over the Fleet Valley National Scenic Area; then once the sun goes down, enjoy the stunning star-filled night skies of the Galloway Dark Sky Park. Netherthird was fully renovated in 2020 and has been lovingly furnished to ensure a truly comfortable and welcome family retreat. There is an amazing barbecue hut, with charcoal barbecue and ample seating, perfect for enjoying with friends and a glass or two of wine. Relax in the large hot tub taking in the clear dark skies at night.

Ruth's Yurt

Come and stay in my lovely yurt. It's in a gorgeous spot with a sea view, and is a beautiful, cosy space. Many people have stayed in it and had a great time, enjoying the peace and quiet and the natural world around it. We live near the coastal village of Auchencairn, on a smallholding. There is a good choice of nice coastal or hill walks nearby, the area is good for lots of outdoor activities. Licence: DG00777F
