Cozy spot for 4, plus your furry friend! (Must be 21 to check-in, no cats) Less than a mile from Attitash Mountain Resort, this spot is home base for your next adventure. IF YOUR DOG IS JOINING YOU, please provide advanced notice, a $25/night pet fee for the first 4 nights (max$100), that rabies vaccination records be provided at check in, and that your dog have access to a crate for times that you must leave him/her behind! Our 10 year old home has four bedrooms three baths, theater room, gas fireplace, bar outdoor fire pit, open concept kitchen, nestled in a mountain landscape. Beautiful private beach with a playground, picnic area and boat launch only a short walk away. Tennis courts and a basketball court centrally located within the community. Boat rentals available on the lake. Multiple ski areas close by. Easy access to local and state snowmobile trails and the lake for ice fishing right out of the driveway.

Our place is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, couples, chefs, and families. Our two floor home with two living areas is great for privacy and working remotely. Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

20ft from the Water with Mountain View!

This cozy cottage sits 20 ft from Pequawket Pond. We are the only cottage in this association that has 2 floors and directly on the pond. It has a spiral staircase that leads downstairs to the bedroom downstairs with walk out access. We are located within minutes to the Mount Washington Valley and all the amenities the valley has to offer. Ski resorts galore! We also have a kayak and 2 paddle boards available for our guests to use!
