We are located on the ATV & snowmobile trail, directly across from a gas station, with a pull through parking lot large enough for easy trailer parking. Unload your recreational vehicle, fill up with gas & hit the trail all from our location. A playground is just a 1 minute walk down the street. We are minutes from Lake Ontario beaches, the Salmon River in Pulaski & Altmar, Salmon River Falls, & the Salmon River Resevoir.

The Gingerbread House

The Gingerbread house is known as the Nesbitt house Built and maintained by the Well known author and city Historian Rosemary Nesbit. This grand home was totally renovated to modernize but keep all the old charm! It boasts 3 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms! The location in center of Oswego affords walking the 2 blocks to downtown and 4 blocks to the lake and marina. There are ample Bistro, and bars in close walking distance! Come enjoy the Oswego neighborhood nestled in the historic district!

Located near Salmon River Falls, Fish Hatchery, Salmon River and Reservoir. Easy access to Salmon and Steelhead fishing, ATV trails and Snowmobile trails. Video tour can be found at YouTube. Enjoy world class fishing in the pond, lake, and nearby Salmon River. Located on a NYS established snowmobile trail. Up to 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee. The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!

Welcome to our house. We offer 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.
