This little gem of a spot is on a secluded island in the middle of the Mississippi River. The sound of the rapids will lull you to sleep in your magical tent perched right over the water! With all of the modern conveniences including hot water, outdoor shower, bar fridge, wifi and well appointed outdoor kitchen. This year we are building a treehouse on the island so although we will ensure no construction takes place during your stay, there will be construction materials around on the island

19ft Luxury Tent on 32 Acres with Lake Access

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The cozy 19 ft bell tent is situated next to two large ponds, crown land and has lake access. Kayak, canoe, go fishing or schedule a pontoon tour! The property is also located next to extensive ATV trails so bring your toys! The interior has a queen size bed with linens, sofa, solar power, basic utensils, and a fan. The outside has Muskoka chairs, outdoor barbecue with side burner, fire pit, picnic table and outdoor washroom facilities.

WhiteTail Ridge is an intimate Hot Tenting experience that is nestled amidst the pines in the Lanark Highlands. We offer an exceptional and unique primitive glamping experience for all seasons with winter being exceptional. Our camp is located 10 min outside of Lanark Village and is the perfect place for a much needed get-away from the city or just to disconnect and settle into the calm and peacefulness of nature. It's also a great stop-over for those that motorcycle or cycle the Highlands.

You will love this magical 42 acre place because of the peace & beauty of nature, the location, the views and people. Excellent private setting for your wedding, special event or group camping. There are several small fire pits as well as 1 large event sized fire pit. In this boreal Forrest on the Canadian shield we have built a labyrinth of stone rings. With the labyrinth and other trails we have a magical place for you to explore. Sorry totally off grid no power hook up available.

Campsite 2

A classic campsite hidden away on the edge of the forest; equip with all that nature has to offer! These sites have no water or power to them, purely fun in the woods, ideal for the experienced roughing it camper. There are no showers or washrooms on site but visitors are welcome to use our beach. You will need to bring camping equipment and any personal supplies ideal for weather conditions. We also have an excellent restaurant across the road from the campsites.
