Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! The Dude's Abode A-Frame Private Ocean Access

The Dude's Abode is a small, 1969 A-Frame in the small oceanfront community of the Alpine Chalets. We are set in a forested, high-bank oceanfront 7-Acre setting at Otter Rock, along with 10 other privately owned chalets. The community shares a private path with access to the best surfing beach in the area! Restored to a 1969 vibe, fans of vintage A-Frame villages, surfers, and free spirits will love this spot.
