Enjoy a peaceful stay in this charming studio in the woods. Get the best of both worlds - close to downtown Oxford for shopping and dining and located off the beaten path for a cozy country feel. It is located on a dirt road. This studio apartment is a private space located in our pole barn. It has been newly remodeled and includes a king size bed, queen size air mattress, and a sectional sofa. Perfect location for concerts at Pine Knob, weddings, and sporting events at Seymour Lake Twp Park.

Relaxing Lakefront Cottage- 6 Kayaks

We believe this is the perfect Airbnb location to allow you to feel like you are away from it all. You can swim, fish, kayak, and enjoy the beautiful views on Clear Lake, which is connected to the "Chain of Lakes" to maximize your experience. You are five minutes from downtown Oxford and also close to downtown Lake Orion. The Polly Anne Trail is close by with walking and biking. If this is a friend trip, all guests should be 18 or older. The house is currently under construction until 12/1/26.

A trolley can take you from Downtown Oxford to Downtown Lake Orion on the weekend (seasonal). The public boat launch for Lakeville Lake and Lake Orion within 10 minutes. 6 golf courses within 15 miles. Wedding venues close by! Just a short walk away, you will find entertainment and various events.

Lake Luna Metamora

WHAT IS LAKE LUNA CABIN.... Our cabin was hand built with Oak logs from the property and Yellow Pine logs from Montana and Wyoming. Go fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing (bring your own), exploring Enjoy watching deer, turkey, pheasants and nesting bald eagles. Hoses too! Plenty of frogs to catch (and release) and turtles to view. You will also find nesting Eastern Bluebirds around the property. Ducks and gees of all types visit the property. Enjoy the water fountain as well!

Cabin 1: Horses & Hot Tubs on Perry Lake

This is one of 4 guest cabins on the property. We are an adults-only venue except for special Family Weeks. Please inquire about our kid-friendly dates. You'll be visiting the High Line cabin at Stillwater Stays. This upcycled shipping container is cantilevered above an old-growth forest and perched 70’ above Perry Lake. Finished in 2022, the premium interior feels fresh and modern. Guests enjoy lake access, encounters with horses, bird watching, and acres of hiking trails.

Tiny house “THOW” in woods -Hot Tub (shared)

Try tiny living! Wi-Fi: 80 yards from the THOW is a Wi-Fi router and extender -sometimes it works well, other times-NOT!!! You can’t depend on it…Challenging to be in the Woods AND have good Wi-Fi! If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! HOT TUB (shared with host house). There is rarely a schedule conflict for the hot tub.

Trim Pines is the perfect small space for a quiet stay and is enjoyed by guests in every season. Our lower one room walk-out is comfortable for 1 to 2 people for short or long term stays. It is a great place to unwind and relax. This tranquility is located 8 miles from I-75 in Davisburg, Michigan. Our guests enjoy local festivals and concerts at Pine Knob Music Theater, golf at nearby courses and biking and hiking at local County, Metro and State Parks.

4 Season Rustic Cabin with luxurious feel and first class views. *Lake Orion has a modern downtown while still trying to hold on the the small town charm. Clarkston & Rochester offer a change of scenery or different night life. Both within 15 minutes. *Offers awesome back way into Pine Knob music Theatre. 15-20 minutes. *2026 improvements: New Natural Gas Stove in living room New living room flooring *Sorry No Pets...Too many issues in the past.

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
