Self-contained wing of a historic 300 year-old farmhouse, it offers charm space and comfort for visitors exploring the city and countryside. Enjoy riverside walks on famous Port Meadow, traditional pubs and easy access to Oxford’s colleges and culture. Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Riverside Cottage is a 2 Bedroom charming cottage dating from the 1920's built with the traditional honey coloured Cotswold stone. The house and garden is situated on the river Coln, where you have your own private access to the river, fishing and intimate viewing of the the wildlife. You have exclusive access to the property for your stay to relax outdoors with a BBQ, or cozy up to the wood fire and watch TV or read a book. Just outside the door are a multitude of footpaths and dining.
