Studio is completely private, you will also have exclusive access to your own bathroom, there is no shared space besides the entry way. Unit has A/C too! The house is centrally located in San Diego making visits allover easy. We are right next to the 5 star Pacific Terrace Hotel. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 private bathroom for guests. Please note, I am home but keep to myself, I live on the back of the house.
