Visit the beachside coffee hut, browse the Ferini Art Gallery, catch a show at the Seagull Theatre, or see the 12th-century church with its own sheep. Enjoy fish & chips with a sea view or head to Southwold (12 mins drive) or Africa Alive Zoo (7 mins drive). Private parking & easy A12 access.

The Overlook is a first-floor apartment in a beautiful Victorian property directly opposite the beach in the Kirkley area of Lowestoft in Suffolk. No groups. The rest of the house is our family home, we live on site and will be available to help (unless we’re at the beach!)
