Escape to our 3/1 pool house on Avery bayou with dock. Bring your boat or have a local captain meet you at the dock for some great fishing! We have a beautiful tiki hut to enjoy the Gulf breeze. Enjoy breakfast or dinner on the patio. This charming retreat offers a cozy interior, fully equipped kitchen, and a private pool. Close to Innisbrook Golf Resort & Spa. Owner leases out the boat lift separately and boat owner may access side yard to get in to lift. Boat owner is helpful with pool/yard.
