This is an efficiency unit in a 4plex, queen size bed, 12 foot ceiling, shower stall, internet, desk and chair, small kitchenette with sink, smaller fridge/freezer, air fryer, microwave . It is on the ground level. We are close to town, 30 minutes from Hatchers pass, lots of hiking, golf 5 minutes away, local breweries. We work hard to give a safe clean environment to stay so please no smoking or pets. (At this time late check out or early check in is not available sorry for any inconvenience

Quaint stay in heart of Wasilla

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Close to downtown Wasilla and only minutes away from restaurants. Take a 30 min drive to the top of Hatcher’s Pass and visit the Independence Mine and take a scenic drive over to Willow. Take a 1 hr drive to Talkeetna. Or go the opposite direction 1.5 hrs to Matanuska Glacier and take a guided tour out on the glacier! NO SMOKERS please as we live here as well and don’t enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke around our home. Thank you.

No Anchorage resident rentals without prior approval. Please send inquiries through website. Located in Muldoon, near the Glenn Highway connecting Anchorage to south, central and northern areas. The main entrance to the military bases is also close by, and you are minutes from down town. Unit #2 is accessed down five stairs, so guests need to be ambulatory. Host Liz was born and raised in Alaska, and has loads of information to share about life here. Samsung TV has a ROKU streaming stick.

Located in the Knik Glacier Valley, this getaway provides a spectacular retreat with many options for local activities. We are far enough from town to be surrounded by nature with frequent moose visits & exceptional northern lights, while still fairly close to restaurants and shopping (30 min). We are surrounded by the Talkeetna and Chugach mountains on Gooding Lake; this central location is north on the Trunk Rd between Palmer and Wasilla, and close to Hatcher Pass, and Matanuska Glacier This quiet retreat has 5G, a FULL kitchen, laundry and is perfect for refreshing yourself in Alaska. Gooding Lake has a small sandy beach and float plane access. The canoe & kayaks are free to use.. Guests must walk up a full flight of steps.

Brown Bear Place

You will be close to everything when you stay at this central Anchorage location. We are in a DIVERSE family neighborhood with many ethnicities and cultures. Apt is in Quite family building. 10 min to downtown, JBER ship creek walking trails, Costco, Eagle river, restaurants. 15 min to airport. A vehicle is needed to visit the Anchorage bowl area. Two hours from Seward, 45 minutes to Girdwood, 50 to Whittier, complementary laundry on site. Last minute reservations excepted.

We have Skeetawk ski area, and the Government Peak Recreation Area within 15 min. GPRA has lighted ski trails and biking.
