Beautiful apartment(Guest House)with 2 bed, 2 bath, kitchen and living room. Ideal for 2 couples or parents with children. The kitchen is equipped with utensils so you can prepare your own food. It also has an espresso machine to enjoy a delicious coffee in the morning. It has a TV with Roku and Disney+ It is completely independent, only the patio it is shared, it is very central, 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the famous Las Vegas strip. Guests are welcome to use the pool, spa, patio, and outdoor kitchen. We have gas heaters for chilly winter nights. The unit has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. **Please read the house rules before booking. Luxury Guest House with full kitchen and home amenities, comes with a queen luxury mattress bed with a Futon Sofa bed that can accommodate one more adult or 2 children. The place is a guest house with it’s own private entrance on the side of the house can’t missed the pavers way leading you to the entrance gate. 5 mins from the airport and 5-10 mins to the strip it is a great location. We’ve got cameras, for your protection and ours we have cameras filming only the front of the property.
