Palms 53rd floor strip view

1 floor below the Penthouse level is the 53rd Floor Strip View. Palms 🌴maids now charge $153 cleaning fee starting Jan 1, 2026. Plus a Deposit for the hotel is required. $100 ea day. (We are not allowed to use our own maids at a cheaper cost.) 1.2 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. Fully furnished, I installed an 85 in Fire TV, across from the king bed, with sleeper sofa, a rainfall shower, jetted tub, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Stay at the luxurious Vdara condo on the 25th floor, featuring a king bed and a sofa bed. Enjoy complimentary valet parking and access to all Vdara facilities with no resort fees. A $100 deposit is required per day. Note: Early check-in and late checkout are not available, but a cloakroom is provided for luggage storage.
