Villa Nia is a minute walking distance to the widest part of the beach of paralia Tolofona. Separate apartment of about 70sq.m,suitable for hosting families and hosts who need relax, with separate garden entrance and itself garden corridor to it. Private parking in front of the property , Wifi , a/c and bicycles (upon request) are provided to our guests. The property is in the ground floor of our family two flour villa with mountain view. We accept pets and we can keep them also (upon request).

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Ακόμα μπορείτε να επισκεφτείτε κοντινούς προορισμούς όπως το Γαλαξίδι (23 χλμ), τους Δελφούς (54 χλμ) και τη Ναύπακτο (43 χλμ)

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο την αγορά και την πλατεία Μανουσάκια, και 5 λεπτά απο το λιμάνι και τις παραλίες. Εάν διαθέτετε αυτοκίνητο υπάρχει αρκετός χώρος για να παρκάρετε, ακριβώς έξω απο το σπίτι.
