Welcome to Room With A View, a contemporary apartment located moments away from the Dromana Foreshore on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. This property is perfectly situated to discover local wineries, cafes, market stalls and the infamous Peninsula Hot Springs. A great spot for a romantic getaway! We have now added a sun deck for sun baking, a heated spa which can be used all year round and a heated swim spa for the Spring and Summer months.

A rescue boat in WW2, then a courtesy boat for the Queen, now a unique B&B in private grounds in the heart of the wine and fine-dining district of the Mornington Peninsula. A local-produce based breakfast hamper is provided. There is no other B&B in the world like the Red Hill Boat.

My place is good for couples. There is only one bed room plus a sofa bed down stairs. Beauford Lodge is a peaceful semi-rural retreat, just over an hour from Melbourne, on the Mornington Peninsula. Wine, home made chocolate brownies and home made bread & jam for breakfast, (no Gluten free alternatives or other food intolerance's catered for).
