The cabin is warm & nicely furnished & comfortable & clean & everything is modern and updated (wifi is 100Mb+). The patio and deck are wonderful for relaxing & watching the wildlife & sunsets. This cabin is perfect for all seasons: Summer for the outdoors and sunsets, Fall for leaves changing, Spring for green views, Winter for cozy days.

While staying at Red Door Cabins you will enjoy breathtaking views, amazing rock formations, beautiful pine and aspen trees, a firepit, silence and stars. Have fun finding pieces of petrified wood, geodes, wild berries, and mushrooms on the property and surrounding area. You will get visited by deer, squirrels, maybe a family of foxes and occasionally local black bear or two. So, don’t forget your camera! Welcome to the "Helms Nest", our tiny home mountain getaway, perfect to come back to after a day of skiing or hiking (a short drive to several 14ers and ski resorts). It has a full kitchen, full bathroom with hot shower and flush toilet, and queen sized bed in the loft. We commonly hear that our space is bigger than imagined.
