First floor apartment of traditional Cycladic style with roof garden, in the heart of the settlement of Parikia, for 4-7 guests. Ideally situated, it offers tranquility and relaxation, and convenient central location. In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops, the port, the bus station and the taxi stand. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view.

Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

This beautiful house of rare location on the seashore of majestic Naousa in Paros, can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. It has a patio and verandas overlooking the Sea. Within 3 mins walking, all the vibrant life and the beauty of this village is there for you! The house offers all facilities including a/c, wifi and usually there is parking space nearby , something hard to find in Naousa. There are 2 bathrooms & a fully equipped kitchen!

This is a self-contained residence of 6 people, ideal for families and groups, located in the heart of the traditional settlement of the famous Naoussa and has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay on our island.

An ideally located 30sqm studio with a unique romantic sunset view, less than 1 km away from the main town of Parikia. A spacious veranda with a marble dining table, a comfy bedroom with a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The studio is only 10 minutes walk from the old market street, and a few minutes drive from the famous beaches of Paroikia.

Krios Luxury Suites ~ Silver

Krios Luxury Suites is located in Krios Beach. The Silver house it’s the first that we created, out of the three houses in the complex! It’s just one second away from the beach and just 5-7 minute drive away from the port. So close to Parikia but at the same time so far away. A peaceful place with great views and a plunge pool(2,5cm x 3,00cm).
