The Shores of Deer Lake - Lakeview Suites

Welcome to the Shores of Deer Lake! We offer newly renovated suites on the beautiful shores of Deer Lake. Each suite is well equipped with a full kitchen, dining area, living space, private bedroom and complete bathroom. The unit can comfortably sleep up to four adults, with one queen-sized bed in the bedroom, and another queen-sized mattress in the pull out sofa. *We ask that you tell us in advance if you plan on bringing any pets. There are certain limitations, fees apply. Details below.*

Warbler's Roost Country Inn Room #6

Warbler’s Roost is on a 14-acre property on Deer Lake, 3785D Eagle Lake Rd which is 20 min west of the small village of South River, just north of Huntsville. It is near many of the forgotten trails network of trails and 40 minutes west of Algonquin Park’s access point 1 (water access only). Warbler’s Roost includes a Country Inn which has six rooms available for daily/weekly rentals with continental breakfast. NB: during the pandemic, we are restricting bookings to one room on each floor.

Lake View Premium 2-Bedroom Inn Suite

The Premium 2 Bedroom Suite has both a very large living room and a bonus “Muskoka” room with windows on 3 sides; it gives a great view of the lake and a quiet area to get-a-way within the suite. It has two queen bedrooms with one having a bonus loft single bunk which the young kids love. Living room has a sofa, love seat and chair. There is a full kitchen and dining table.

The perfect destination for a small family or friends. The unit has 2 bedrooms with ensuite washrooms, a full kitchen, a living and dining area, a large deck with BBQ, an indoor fireplace, washer and dryer, and a host of other facilities. Shared facilities include kayaks, canoes, playground, pedal boat, fishing, and a private sandy beach right on Fairy Lake.
