Caminando a 10-15´está la playa de Patalavaca, a la que se puede acceder por vía de escaleras o por la avenida los Guaires, y a 20´ caminando está el centro de ocio de Anfi del Mar, donde se pueden practicar deportes acuáticos. Hay rutas para senderismo y ciclismo, por ejemplo, a Soria, a Roque Nublo, etc

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. The garden and outdoor area are part of the condominium and are maintained by them. This means that employees have access to the outdoor area around the houses for working.
