Ανακαινήσθηκε, διατηρώντας πολλά από τα παραδοσιακά της στοιχεία και αντικείμενα, έχοντας παράλληλα τις ανέσεις ενός σύγχρονου σπιτιού. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν όλων των ειδών τα καταστήματα, οι Δημόσιες Υπησεσίες και η στάση του λεωφορείου. Οι κοντινότερες παραλίες περίπου στα 600 μέτρα είναι το Ρουσούμ και το Πατητήρι.

The building was once part of the Byzantine Castle of Alonissos. In the early 19th century it was the island's first Post Office, and later the first ever café on Alonissos. All woodwork (furniture, floors etc) is handmade with solid oak tree wood and the décor is elegant and rustic. Ολοκαίνουργιο,ευρύχωρο,αυτονομο σύγχρονο σπίτι με όλες στις ανέσεις και μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και το φεγγάρι σε κεντρικό σημείο του νησιού.Απέχει 400 μέτρα από το Λιμάνι του νησιού το Πατητήρι και 200 μέτρα από τη παραλία Ρουσουμ Γιαλός. 10 μέτρα από στάση λεοφωρειου, ενώ επίσης παρά πολυ κοντά είναι κεντρική αγορά του νησιού(φούρνος,σούπερ μάρκετ).
