We are located in very quiet safe neighborhood...away from busy Newport crowd (10 min drive)..close to beaches ( 5 min drive to Newport Easton Beach-first beach and 10 min drive to Middletown Second beach)..

Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.
