Located just half a mile away from the A1, it is within easy reach of vibrant Newcastle, beautiful Durham and the Metro Centre. There are some lovely local walks and pubs to visit, but if you wanted to venture further, the coast and gorgeous Northumberland are also within easy reach. Adult only.

Dreamers hut is a two double bedroom Shepards hut in its own private woodlands. The rooms are cosy with a cottage feel with a wood burning fire inside the living room. Each bedroom is finished to a high standard with woodland views, a luxury double mattress & quality bed linen. Towels and bath robes are provided during your stay. Dreamers hut is in its own private woodlands. It has a 5 person wood burning sauna, outdoor BBQ, firepit, seating area & 5 person hot tub.

An entire basement of a Georgian townhouse (880 sq ft). A private entrance leads to the basement flat. Flagged floors, wooden shutters & antiques create an atmospheric & cosy space. An Esse wood burning stove sits in the original inglenook fireplace. The kitchen is by Plain English & has a washing machine & dryer + appliances. The eating area has a dining table & 4 chairs .The bedroom has a king size bed. The shower room has a large powerful shower & saniflow toilet

This little oasis of green is in a super handy location on the edge of the greenbelt, yet near the Team Valley, Metrocentre and Newcastle. There's a bus stop directly outside, with buses into central Newcastle every 30min in the day. Watergate Forest Park is right next door, with a fantastic cafe, lake, swans & lots of other wildlife. We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.
