Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Comodo appartamento davanti agli impianti Ciampac e Col de Rossi, a pochi metri dai sentieri per la Val Contrin. Stanza matrimoniale con possibilità di lettino per bimbi, zona giorno con cucina (4 piastre induzione e microonde), tavolo max 6 persone, tv e divano letto comodo (materasso 160x200x18cm). Inclusi cantina/deposito sci e posto auto in garage (un po' stretto, altezza max 2.10 metri). Splendido balcone con possibilità di pranzare fuori e vista su pista del Ciampac, Dolomiti e stelle :)

Due livelli. Piano basso: soggiorno con lato cucina, bagno finestrato con boiler da 80 litri di acqua caldissima, ampio balcone. Piano alto (scala un po' ripida, non è per persone con problemi): camera matrimoniale con velux e finestra, cameretta con letto a castello con velux e finestra. Ripostiglio in seminterrato. Parcheggio condominiale. Ristrutturato nel 2018 e nel 2019 (finestre, impianti, pavimenti e cucina con piano a induzione, velux elettrici e isolamento del tetto. Wi-Fi gratuito.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto.
