Trevose Farm Cottage at Mother Ivey's Bay

This 17th century character cottage has been delightfully modernised and is full of unique features. It's situated on the Trevose Headland, just three miles outside of Padstow. This complex of old attached farm buildings have been lovingly restored and now provide wonderful coastal accommodation with easy access to Mother Ivey's Bay just beyond the garden path!, with Booby's Bay, Constantine Bay & the National trust Headland only moments away. Located just 2.5 miles (an 8 minute drive) from the beaches of Padstow, this beautiful family home from home is ideally situated just inland in a sought-after rural setting. Within easy reach of its closest beaches, Porthcothan and Mawgan Porth in one direction and Watergate Bay and Newquay, in the other. The property a large garden and off-road parking for 3 cars.

The Donkey House

The Donkey House is a snug, self-contained one bedroom cottage in a secluded valley 3 miles from Padstow. It overlooks a field of Hebridean sheep and a stream. The bedroom and bathroom look into tree tops while the lower floor leads onto a private terrace. The dramatic North Cornish coast with the famous Seven Bays is five minutes away. The Coast Path offers fabulous walks. There is private parking outside the cottage with an electric charging point. Please note we have a no pets policy

Constantine, a fantastic base to explore Cornwall.

Constantine cottage is a contemporary styled detached, single story holiday home situated in a rural setting, with distant views of the sea and hills. The harbour town of Padstow is 3 miles away, you can hire bikes and cycle along the Camel Estuary to Wadebridge. There are 7 unspoilt beaches on the nearby North Cornish Coast. The village of St Merryn is one mile away, here you can find a well supplied general store, surf shops, pubs and restaurants including traditional fish and chips.

Enjoy a relaxing break in a small Cornish hamlet, with lovely countryside views with wildlife going about their day. Also enjoy an amazing stary sky by night while enjoying your favourite beverage. Cedar Lodge has just been completed and is brand new ready for 2023. It is a stunning 1 bedroom annex situated in the lower half of our garden. Although it is in close proximity to our family home there is a dividing fence and all access to the annex is separate with shared parking.

Sunny Orchard Lodge, Porthcothan, Cornwall

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Sunny Orchard is a brand new (2025) 40ft x 20ft lodge. Situated on a farm, you can enjoy the far reaching views across open fields and towards the sea from the extensive decked area. We are a short walk to the beach and South West footpath and the bus stop. With a Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite and a twin room with 2 x 3ft singles, plus a sofa bed, this lodge is perfect for couples, quiet groups or family get away.

Very close to beaches including, Porthcothan, Treyarnon, Harlyn Bay. Padstow is a short drive away.

Enjoy amazing sunsets over the ocean from the comfort of your cozy double bed and huge windows. Stroll 10 minutes through paddocks to your choice of a number of great beaches and swimming spots. Porthcothan beach is a gentle wander around the coastal path and Trescore, Porthmear, Golden Burn and Pentire and are right on your doorstep. This cute space, hand built by the host, is situated in a quiet field with 2 other accomodation spaces but plenty of privacy and peace.

Some of the best beaches in the county are within 5 miles of the property, as is Padstow, the foodie capital of Cornwall. You can walk from the house down country lanes and fields to our nearest beach of Porthcothan, which also has a great small cafe and shop.
