Depandanza is a self-contained apartment with an art gallery-like atmosphere and fairytale bedroom in the heart of the traditional village of Poljubinj. Many local hikes begin at the front door, including waterfalls, gorges, and the Soca River, all within about a half hour walk. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and pharmacies are a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) away in the town of Tolmin. Our house, located in the wild nature of Triglav National Park, is surrounded by a forest and beautiful mountains. Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

Positive sport apartments are located in a quiet neibourhood, just 5 minutes walk from the center of Kobarid. The house includes two new apartments for four people. Each apartment have two bedrooms, equipped kitchen, sofa, wifi and TV. Beside beautiful nature we can also offer you some adrenaline watersport activities like rafting and kayaking on Soča river or canyoning. We also rent hardtail and full suspension bikes and e-bikes. Come visit us and get the most out of our amazing Soča valley.

Green House Bled 1

In the past, Green House with big green garden was my parents' farmhouse. We ventured into tourism in 2017 by renting out a room. In 2021 we demolished the old house and built a new one. House is just 10 minutes walking to lake Bled. There are two apartments on the first floor, both have a balcony with separate entrances and there is a shared washing machine in the common hallway. Sleeping with the bees Kozjak

If you would like to spend the night in a peaceful environment, listening to the buzzing of bees and smelling the air coming from the beehive longer, we offer overnight stays in domestic apiary. Next to the large double bed in the room there are also two masks for intensive inhalation of aerosol directly from the beehive. You can safely came close to the bees and watch them through the glass floor, which offers views directly in front of entrances to the hives.

The apartment house is located on the outskirts of Tolmin, just above Tolminka river. It has three bedrooms, kitchen and dining room, living room with extra beds, bathroom and balcony. From the balcony there is beautiful view towards the Tolminka river and surrounding mountains. In the kitchen there are available electric cooker, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Additionally, washing machine is available. The rooms are air-conditioned with satellite LCD TV.

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.
