It is centrally situated, and a perfect base for visiting many places of interest including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Pitlochry, Gleneagles, St Andrews, Perth and Dundee. Also, locally, the East Neuk, Falkland and Kinross on the banks of lovely Loch Leven offer many attractions and are well worth a visit.

The house has plenty of space including a large garden with views of the River Tay- a beautiful walk quite literally on your door step. The large living/dining room is perfect for a family or friends get together. Excellent transport links, 1 hr to Glasgow or Edinburgh, Dundee 20 mins & Perth 5 mins.

Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.
