This well decorated 1st floor/level and 2 bedrooms apartment is situated in a quiet neighboorhood only 2 minutes walk frλom the city center. The ancient city of Delphi is 15 min drive and the picturesque Galaxidi 10 min. The Beach House is right in front of the sea and is located on the corner between 2 very beautiful and clean beaches. Tastefully furnished studio apartment right on Itea's promenade with a large south-facing balcony, which invited you to relax and enjoy the marvelous view over the Mediterranean sea. Just a few steps from your porch, a cute shingle beach offers superb water quality, free umbrellas and public showers. Shops, banks and some of the town's best tavernas are within walking distance. The bus station (20 min to Delphi's UNESCO World Heritage and 3.5 hours to Athens) is also just a short stroll away.

Originally built for a sea captain in the late 1800s this recently renovated stone house combines traditional style , modern amenities and stunning views of the bay of Itea , Delphi and the surrounding mountains. Located in the heart of Galaxidi it offers enjoyable swimming just a couple of steps away and picturesque walks . With two magic balconies overlooking the sea and the rear walled garden , this charming house is classified as a monument of National Heritage by the Ministry of Culture.

The charming and spacious Spa Villa Skaloma of 120sqm with large spaces and sunny lounge that is open to the south, is a luxury two-storey villa that can accommodate up to six people, in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

Το ισόγειο που παραχωρείται στους επισκέπτες είναι ένα αυτόνομο σπίτι 110 τ.μ με ξεχωριστή είσοδο και βρίσκεται εντός ενός οικοπέδου 700 τ.μ, 70 μέτρα από την παραλία , με γαλαζοπράσινα κρυστάλλινα νερά και δέντρα για σκιά .
