Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

Hi welcome to Our house is situated in the heart of central Chiangmai old city. The house is with in a 20 minutes walk from Wat Phra Singh, and Che dee laung temple. And 10 minutes from Chiangmai Airport, 30 minutes walk from Thapae Gate. Closed to both weekend market. 5 minutes walk for fresh grocery, super mk and street food, and surrounded with a lot of local amenities, from thai massage center, great bars and restaurants, Thai nightlife, 7/11, city tour agent, and a lot of famous temples.

Welcome to our cozy home in a local area on Wualai Road. It is near the South Gate and the Old Town. You can walk around and enjoy the calm neighborhood & visit the local market with many delicious foods. The house is private for you. There are two single beds, bathroom with warm shower, microwave, kettle & some utensils for simple meals. There is no washing machine, but you can use laundromats at the market nearby. We are happy to welcome you. Please come and feel like local people here!

It is modified from traditional Lanna rice barn,improved to have better light,higher ceiling and comfortable facilities, fusions Japanese architecture too. The interior decor mainly are antique furniture and some art pieces. Guests use the whole house, pool and garden. All in the few key words: wooden,earthy,grounding, space.

It’s one of the most convenient places to travel between the airport (10 mins away), and leading malls (Central Airport, Lotus supermarket) Saturday and Sunday walking street(5 mins away) . The popular public park nearby and the main tourist attractions.The 3-story loft house is with a saltwater swimming pool( private when guest in-house )and 1 king size bedrooms on the first floor, one twin bedroom and king size bedroom on the second floor. It’s good for 3-6 people.
