The Apartment Haus Salzburg occupies part of a detached house near the mountains in Glanegg, about 8 km from the centre of Salzburg. Measuring 130m2, the apartment sleeps 7 people in three double bedrooms and a sofa bed. The ground floor has a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher and oven), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, and the basement features a living area with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with steam shower. The apartment also has Wi-Fi, excellent soundproofing, a fireplace and a large outdoor terrace. Free parking is available. Apartment Haus Salzburg is situated a short stroll from Glanegg Castle and many popular hiking areas. This is a hiking paradise full of sport opportunities. The Planai Bikepark in Schladming supports all levels and types of cycling activities. The World Heritage town of Hallstatt is behind the mountain (1 hour drive) and the Dachstein glacier is at the end of the yard with hiking, climbing and via ferrata options.

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Genießen Sie Wandern, Mountainbiken, Spaziergänge, wunderschöne Almen und Wasserfälle. Familien freuen sich über Freibad, Minigolf und Sommerrodelbahn. Der Skilift Karkogel ist ganz in der Nähe.

Im Winter verfügt Grossarl über ein Hochmodernes Skigebiet wunderschöne Abfahrten und Tiefschneehänge . Da sich unser Haus auf einer Anhöhe von 2,5 km Bergstraße befindet werden im Winter Schneeketten empfohlen.

Die Alleinlage machen unser Chalet mit einer Flasche Wein aus dem hauseigenen Weinkeller zu etwas ganz Besonderen. Im Winter laden die Gebiete Kreischberg, Grebenzen und Lachtal zum Schifahren ein. Im Sommer sind Wanderungen und der Besuch der Bezirkshauptstadt Murau zu empfehlen.
