Old stone build cottage in a plot of land full of pine trees next to the sea with direct access to a small semi private beach. Only a couple of minutes walk from the house there is the "Love Bay" one of the islands most beautiful and well organized beaches. Poros town is around 3km away(5 min by car or taxi), and within a distance of less than 800m from the house there are 4 taverns.

It is part of a bigger building right by the sea, which used to be a tannery (tampakiko) -back to the 1840s.
