It is centrally located but just far enough away from the excitement of Burleigh Heads village to enjoy some quiet time after a beautiful day at famous Burleigh beach. The bedsitter is equipped with a large wall hung smart TV, free wifi, netfix , a modern kitchenette and queen-sized bed. The large shopping centre with supermarkets is a short 300m walk from your front door.

The river runs through the property and there's plenty of grassy spots to lay around and picnic all day long.
