Just a 5-minute walk from the vibrant heart of Pigneto, Rome's coolest neighbourhood, with its numerous bars and restaurants, music venues and street art. For those of you who are not interested in loads of space, we offer a small (14 sqm) but cosy and well equipped studio for your stay in Rome. We have renovated a former wash house and transformed it into a modern and refined pied à terre with AC, WI-FI and usb wall ports, your comfort being our main concern. Our studio is located in Villa Certosa, a friendly neighborhood (almost a small town) in Rome, 15 mins by tram from Termini Station and 15 mins on foot from the popular Pigneto.

È composto da un ambiente unico con cucina tavolo da pranzo e divano letto, più una camera con letto matrimoniale e un bagno. L’accesso avviene da un delizioso cortile condominiale. È possibile ospitare da 1 a 4 ospiti: max due nella camera da letto e max 2 nel divanoletto.

The Flat is located in a small and quiet street in the heart of Pigneto area, plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kind of facilities, and it’s 15 minutes away by metro from Termini Central Station. Metro C stop is 3 min. away, as well as tram and bus stations. I always give my guests recommendations so that they can enjoy the neighbourhood and discover Pigneto’s life!
