This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Features that guests love include a comfy king bed, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a delightful ramada area for relaxing outdoors. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

The casita is located between the Golf Course and Tubac village. The casita has a private bedroom and bathroom with outside entrance. The private yard has a covered porch and outdoor kitchen. Inside is a king-size bed, table, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot. Amenities include WIFI, local TV, Peacock. Weekly and long stay discounts. Welcome to our solar powered cozy casita, a good fit for 1-2 guests, with a small kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge and Keurig coffeemaker. Indoor salt water pool heated to 85 degrees! The guest house has a queen bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress, air conditioning, a laptop desk and 32" TV with Roku streaming. The casita has its own private patio with table, chairs and umbrella for dining in the lovely Tucson weather! The wifi is gigabit fast!
