The apartment is located in the hart of the medieval town of Motovun. The main square, city wall, bars, restaurants and shops are a couple of minutes walking distance. There is a private parking (included in the price) in front of the house which is really rare in the historic center. Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Dazu gehört auch ein großer beheizter Infinity-Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung und ein großzügige Outdoor-Küche mit Grill. Hinweis: Der Pool kann von April bis Oktober beheizt werden. Das Beheizen kostet 20€ für max 10 Stunden/Tag und wird zusätzlich abgerechnet.
