Our hi-end cabin offers a beautiful country setting on 4 acres and comes equipped with luxurious bedroom suites! Soak in the hot tub and enjoy the peaceful view from the log cabin deck or sip a fresh cup of coffee on the hickory rocking chairs on the front porch. Our family-friendly space comfortably sleeps 11 guests, and larger groups are welcome! The large lawn is perfect for games, tent camping, and quality time around the campfire. The living area includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture to enjoy a smart tv and fireplace. A King bed and full bath on the main floor. The loft has a queen bed. Tucked among pines and rocks in the heart of Amish country, where the occasional clip-clop of horse and buggies adds charm. Styled like a railroad depot, the artistically furnished home displays intricate stonework, tile and custom stained glass. The kitchen includes appliances and cookware, with the outdoor area offering a propane grill. Complimentary firewood is provided for the firepit.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. River Rest is located right on the Walhonding river just outside of Coshocton. Relax in this romantic getaway, soak in the hot tub and enjoy nature, or walk across the driveway and put a kayak in and travel the whole way down to the Ohio River. Enjoy many wineries in the area, or explore the historic Roscoe village in Coshocton. In the evening, relax with an outdoor fire or cozy up inside and enjoy the gas fireplaces

A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin in the country. Surrounded by woods, rolling hills and plenty of wildlife to watch. A pond is a nice walk up the gradual hill behind the cabin. Located in the heart of Three Rivers Wine Trail, there are plenty of wineries to visit, as well as our favorite local brewery, the Wooly Pig. There’s a large hot tub to enjoy on the deck outside that is big enough for 8 people.

Baltic Loft on Main

Built in an 1800's era theater, our loft is filled with unique charm and character! The loft features original exposed brick, tall ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The space is spacious, yet cozy! After remodeling the theater into an apartment, our family called this loft home for over 3 years. It was a special home where our first child took her first steps. Now, we are excited to share our space with you!

Nye's Place in Heart of Historic Roscoe Village

UNIQUE EXPERIENCE to stay in one of the most iconic buildings in Historic Roscoe Village! The 1860's canal era building has a long history, originally constructed as a hotel on the 2nd and 3rd floors, the main floor was a pharmacy and dry goods store. You will now find a full kitchen, full bathroom, living room, and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The apartment has Direct TV as well as high speed internet.

The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.

Secluded Family Retreat

Explore the trails, creeks, woods & fields. Catch your dinner on the 2 1/2 acre lake. Boat, kayaks, basic fishing gear, bait and firewood are provided. Or just relax on the porch and watch the wildlife. Located just 15 minutes from Salt Fork State Park.
