Nashville is 1.5 hours for those wanting a day trip to the city and Land Between the Lakes is 20 minutes for those seeking outdoor adventures!

But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! Plus an added bonus a fully stocked coffee bar. Also added is a EV 240 volt receptacle for charging EV over night.

Enjoy an early morning stroll on one of the many hiking trails, or just relax on the porch while sipping coffee. There are many great hiking opportunities within a short drive, however, once you get settled in you may not find a reason to leave.

Summit Hill Gardens Cottage, a little bit of paradise, is a place to enjoy solitude, peace and quiet. Located rurally (3 miles south of Chanute, Ks), we are listed as one of the top ten attractions with numerous flower beds, a historic 1874 stone schoolhouse, a Retail Soap Shop located in a restored barn (handcrafted soaps are made here on site), and the Summit Hill Gardens Event Center- for hosting celebrations of life.
