Villa 4 has 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 washroom, 2 sofa beds in the living room, kitchen, and private outdoor patio. The villas all share the outdoor common areas including the infinity edge pool and covered and sun filled patios, providing numerous areas to escape and relax or enjoy social times.

The house was designed so that every room has a view of the ocean and local surf break.
