There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join

Note to parents with small children: this house is situated between two busy main roads and has no yard space to play or run around and may not be suitable for young children.

The home offers two porches, the screened in front porch with rocking chairs and the back porch for your barbecues with the provided gas grill. FYI, the cottage has a second floor which is not part of the rental. The second floor will be unoccupied and locked. It is only a short walk to Inman Beach on Nantucket Sound ( under half a mile).
